The Triboro Socially Responsible strategy combines 2 sustainable approaches into one investment. The first step is to eliminate from consideration any companies with investment in the exploration and production of fossil fuels, nuclear power, military weapons, civilian firearms, tobacco, gambling, adult entertainment and the production of alcohol and Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). We then take an inclusionary approach and integrate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors to find companies benefitting from these high scores.  Companies that have high ESG ratings and that pass our exclusionary screens are then analyzed further following our process to discover undervalued companies with improving business fundamentals.
